Majority Leader in Parliament, Alban Bagbin, has predicted a resounding second-term victory for President John Dramani Mahama in the November 2016 general election. Speaking at a programme to inaugurate “a youth working committee” for his constituency, the outspoken and one of the longest serving lawmakers, in the Upper West Region, described President Mahama as “a dedicated humble leader” who is committed to developing Ghana.
