The Director of Policy and Planning of the Ghana AIDS Commission (GAC), Dr. Sylvia J. Anie-Akwetey on Friday urged Ghanaians not to be complacent with the decline in the national HIV prevalence rate, but should rather embrace behavioural change to reduce infection.
