Investigations by Kasapafmonline.com has established that the suspended General Secretary of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) Kwabena Agyepong, did not deliberately set out to rock the boat of his trusted friend, Paul Afoko, the suspended National Chairman of the party, after he declined to be a witness for the latter.
