Though the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) has officially decided not to take part in the 2016 IEA Presidential Debate, this decision is not stopping the party executive, especially the deputy General Secretary of the NDC, George Lawson from criticising Dr Edward Mahama, Presidential Candidate of the People’s National Convention (PNC).
