Bernard Mornah, National Chairman of the People’s National Convention (PNC), has said a statement issued by the Greater Accra regional branch of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP) criticising him for his comments on the controversy generated by the Supreme Court ruling on the use of National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) cards in voter registration, lacks clarity.
