An NDC activist and businessman, T.V. Amusah, has challenged the NPP to take legal action against P.C Appiah-Ofori, NPP Member of Parliament for Asikuma/Odoben/Brakwa in the Central Region for alleging that the then Minority in Parliament took $5,000 each before approving the Vodafone deal.
