The National Organiser of the National Democratic Congress, Kof Adams, has suggested recent comments by Nana Akufo-Addo indicates he speaks under the influence of alcohol. “I must admit that Nana Addo is getting to a point where he speaks not too differently from someone who has been intoxicated with alcohol,” he said on 3FM’s Sunrise Wednesday.
