A minority Member of Parliament for Bolgatanga Central says Ghanaians should blame vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for the recent depreciation of the Ghana cedi. According to Isaac Adongo, recent comments by the vice President that some 7 billion cedis is missing from the national coffers sent a wrong signal to the investor community.
