Deputy Majority Leader in Parliament, Hon. John Tia, has disclosed that as a result of the variation between the Chinery Hesse report and that of the Greenstreet Report, government finds it difficult in releasing the ex-gratia due Members of Parliament (MPs) of the previous parliament.
