Several days ago, professor Atta Mills was quoted as saying that Ghanaians ought to shut up. In fact, many Ghanaians have been complaining about the slowness, in which the Mills administration has been progressing thus far. Indeed, this presumed statement by the sitting president has annoyed many people.
