Elders of Ngleshie Amanfro Traditional Area in Ga South of Greater Accra Region, have disclosed that Mr. Nyormor Bei aka Akramah Mensah, father of the controversial dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale, cannot be recognized as chief but an executioner at the Ngleshie Amanfrom palace.
