The Convention People's Party (CPP) has congratulated Mr. Kabral Blay-Amihere, former High Commissioner to Sierra Leone and Ambassador to La Cote d'Ivoire and Dr. Mohammed Ibn Chambas, President of ECOWAS Commission on their recent appointments.
