The New Patriotic Party (NPP) Constituency chairman for Biakoye in the Volta Region, Mr Anane Forson, has accused the former Chief of Staff and Minister for Presidential Affairs, Mr Kwadwo Okyere Mpiani, of causing financial loss to the state.
