A release signed by Colonel Emmanuel W.K. Nibo, Director of Public Relations of the Ghana Armed Forces says that the Military High Command (MHC) has instituted some disciplinary action against the two soldiers who have stripped-naked some suspected criminals a couple of weeks ago in Bawku.
