The 2008 Presidential Candidate of the Convention Peoples� Party (CPP), Dr. Paa Kwesi Nduom, has thrown a challenge to President J.E.A Mills to resist temptations from some foot soldiers and other pressure groups to be able to implement the National Democratic Congress (NDC) promises to the people of Ghana during the 2008 electioneering campaign.
