We appear to be elated at the fact that Ghana has found oil. But to all intents and purposes we may be living in a fool�s paradise as there are certain challenges that most Ghanaians may not be aware of. For instance, the much advertised training programs in the so-called Oil & Gas sector may not ensure the expected employment.
