Mr Alban Sumani Bagbin, Second Deputy Speaker of Parliament and Professor Joshua Alabi, Former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), on Monday filed nomination papers to contest for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Presidential primaries.
