The lull in criticisms of President Mills�s leadership style by Founder and now Chairman of the Council of Elders of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Ex-President Jeremiah John Rawlings, has been short-lived and eventually shattered by the former President as he launches yet another vitriolic attack on the First Gentleman and some members of his administration.
