Mr Eliot Edem Agbenorwu, Ketu South Municipal Chief Executive, says he is ready to snatch the Ketu South Constituency Parliamentary seat from the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the 2020 elections for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
