Professor Kwesi Yankah, Minister in charge of Tertiary Education has appealed to delegates of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in Agona East to vote for a marketable candidate to snatch the Parliamentary seat from the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in 2020.
