Mr Kwame Nkrumah, Mfantseman East Chairman of National Democratic Congress (NDC), has called on Mr Hebert Mensah, a former Chairman of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, to apologize to NDC delegates who would be attending the Party�s Congress in Sunyani for insulting their integrity.
