The Managing Editor of the Daily Dispatch newspaper, Ben Ephson has rendered an unqualified apology to Dr. Ekwow Spio-Garbrah, a flagbearer aspirant of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) over a publication by the paper on his allowances as a Board Member of Anglogold Ashanti.
