The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) is of the view that Ghana has been slapped with a $170 million judgment debt after the cancellation of a power purchase agreement with Ghana Power Generation Company (GPGC) due to the criminal negligence, incompetence and recklessness of the Akufo-Addo government.
