With the rapid pace at which the political landscape is changing, creating hostile competition among political parties, and with the changing trends in the expectations and demands of party members and the Ghanaian electorates in general, political parties which can survive the dizzying turbulence are those with General Secretaries who can adapt and respond effectively to the changes.
