General Secretary of the largest opposition National Democratic Congress(NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, has expressed worry about why some Ghanaian politicians and Journalists will prefer to praise a taxi driver who returned someone's money found in his car but will condemn Togbe Afede who refunded state cash he felt he did not need.
