On Saturday, 22nd October 2022, I called former President of Mozambique His-Excellency President Joaquim Chissano in Maputo, Mozambique, to wish him a HAPPY BIRTHDAY on the occasion of his 83rd birthday. At the end of our conversation, both of us excitedly wished one another all the best, and hoped that, sooner than later, we shall meet again.
