An Economist at the Garden City University College, Dr. Francis Tandoh, has said that a major boost to help stabilise the Ghanaian Economy is to lay off the unnecessary staff at the various government institutions instead of cutting Appointees salaries by 30% as announced by President Akufo-Addo.
