Former NDC Central Regional Chairman, Bernard Allotey Jacobs has commended former Acting CPP General Secretary, James Kwabena Bomfeh popularly known as Kabila for his recent achievement of graduating with a Doctor of Philosophy (PHD) from the University of Cape Coast.
