James Kofi Annan, the NDC parliamentary candidate in Effutu, has alleged that the Effutu constituency voters register is a fraudulent one, which is contaminated with about 20,000 voters who were recruited by the NPP from constituencies such as Awutu-Senya East, Ewutu Senya West, Agona East, Agona West, Gomoa East, Gomoa Central, Gomoa West, Ekumfi, and even as far as Tema West and East.
