Frederick Kofi Ameyaw, Head of Communications at Ghana's Permanent Mission at the United Nations (UN) and a Communications Team Member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has described the outgone Majority leader of Parliament, Hon. Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu, as an institution following his long service in Ghana's parliament since the inception of the fourth republic.
