The Executive Secretary of the Narcotics Control Board (NACOB), Mr. Akrasi Sarpong, made news when he warned political parties planning to use drugs in the 2012 campaign to cease and desist. On the face of it, there is nothing wrong with NACOB�S boss sounding the alarm on drugs.
