Ghana�s new Ambassador to Japan, His Excellency Dr. William George Mensah Brandful, presented his Letters of Accreditation to His Majesty Emperor Akihito at the Imperial Palace in Tokyo on Tuesday, 14th June, 2011, with the host Foreign Minister, in attendance.
