Editor of the Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr., has described as prejudicial the Minority Caucus in Parliament�s position on the arrest of the Member of Parliament for Abuakwa South, Samuel Atta Akyea, since the matter is before a competent court of jurisdiction.
