A Deputy Minister of Information, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, says every journalist in the country is a prospective beneficiary of the GH�1 million to be set aside for the establishment of a Media Development Fund announced by the Finance Minister, Dr Kwabena Duffour, when he presented the budget on Wednesday, adding that its disbursement will be in the form of a scholarship and will be free.
