FRANCIS DADZIE, Public Relations Officer of Archbishop Duncan-Williams, has put on record that as far as Action Chapel International (ACI) is concerned, the church was never aware that Pastor Mensah Otabil uses the Independence Square in Accra for the annual International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) Crossover watch-night service every 31st December.
