The Executive Director of the Economic and Organized Crime Office (EOCO), Mr Biadella Mortey Akpadzi, on Thursday said Mr. Alfred Agbesi Woyome, a businessman has no basis for going to court over issues relating to investigations into the payment of judgment debt.
