The euphoria surrounding the celebration of Valentine's Day is currently absent, the excitement and enthusiasm attached to it is gradually dying out, Mr Winfred Kwamevi, Lord Mayor of Noble Royal Friends Club, an NGO said in Accra on Tuesday.
