Gov't Pharmacists Declare Indefinite Strike

The Government pharmacists have declared an indefinite strike today to express displeasure at the pace of work to increase their market premium after their migration unto the Single Spine Salary Structure. They claim that the government has failed to address concerns to increase their market premium from 58 percent to 150 percent. The pharmacists had issued a threat to embark on a strike a couple of weeks ago but rescinded that decision following discussions with government.
