Ghana midfielder Derek Boateng sees England as his natural home and will relish a move to play in the Premiership.
Boateng, 28, has attracted interest from a host of clubs which includes West Bromwich Albiom and Aston Villa.
The Black Stars enforcer was closed to a move to Fulham in January and also missed the chance to join Middlesbrough a decade ago following his failure to gain work permit.
But a potential move to one of the top-flight sides in arguably the most passionate ad exciting leagues in the world looks imminent after he was racially abused during a League match in Ukraine on March 10.
Boateng, regarded as one of Africas best engine rooms, is eager to realize his long-cherish dream.
I want to play in the English league, the Dnipro midfielder said.
I love that league and I will enjoy my football there because they let you play there and the pace is unbelievable.
It will be a dream come true for me to play in the Premier League.
