TT Brothers To Sue Accra Heart Of Oak Over $1Million Debt

A former management member of football club, Hearts of Oak, Isaac Tetteh says he will be enforcing all means necessary to retrieve a sum of one million dollars owed him by the club. As far back as 2003, Tetteh claimed he is owed over $600,000 by the club but the figure he says has accrued interest over the period of time. They have not paid a penny; its the old debt that has been piled to the huge sum of money now an aggrieved Tetter told Accra based radio, Happy fm.. Tetteh said he never wanted to air the issues since he was promised by the current management that the money would be refunded. Most people did not know Hearts owes me because there was unity among us the management. People did not know I was the brain behind every loan secured by Hearts of Oak then, he said, adding, its been long and my banks are after me for the money, I also secured a loan from my own company (TT Brothers) agents in Nigeria which has not been paid The businessman says he has been waiting patiently for the club to make moves towards the payment of the debt especially after the flotation of shares. His patience however appears to have run out and says it is about time he takes steps towards retrieving his monies. Nobody seems to care about this and they say they have done flotation he said. I will be taking any means necessary available for me to retrieve the debts. There are some monies which they (Hearts) can take for free but not the ones I led them to the banks to secure, he stated.
