The Electoral Commission in accordance with the Public Elections Regulations 20 and 23 of 2012 CI 75 has announced the opening of applications for transfer of votes and appointment of promise from Monday October 1 to Saturday October 20th this year. This is contained in a release signed by the Deputy Chairman in charge of Operations, Kojo Sarfo Kantanka. The release states that voters who have resided in a new constituency for a minimum of two months are eligible to transfer their votes to that constituency. Applicants will be required to show proof of residence in the new constituency.
