Information reaching Peacefmonline.com indicates that a 15-year-old boy has been run over by a vehicle after he was pushed by a trader. The school boy had gone to a bookshop with his mother to buy some books and pencils for school. After the shopping, the mother left him in the bookshop to buy some other necessities. The incident which left the boy completely crushed with all his body parts scattered happened yesterday in Agomenya, in the Krobo Odumase constituency. Narrating the incident on Peace News, reporter Kofi Thompson said the boy who was waiting for his mother by the roadside tried to seek refuge in the bookshop when he saw the fully loaded vehicle but was pushed out by the owner of the shop. This led to him falling right in the road and was run over by the vehicle, crushing him to death. The book seller, known as Assembly woman, has since been arrested together with another trader who tried to defend the situation. The mother who is very traumatized, Peace FM learnt has gone back to the village to tell her family of the unfortunate incident.
