Akufo-Addo To Scrap SADA...And Establish NDA

Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, Presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has promised to transform agriculture in Northern Ghana through the construction of irrigation schemes and the injection of farm inputs. He said the Savanna Agricultural Development Authority (SADA) established by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) was a failure and he would go back to his original plan of establishing the Northern Development Authority (NDA) to address the development gap between the North and South Nana Akufo-Addo said this would create opportunities for people in the north to live prosperous and dignified lives without the need to migrate to southern Ghana. My vision is to transform the Ghanaian economy. We want to build an economy where migration from the North to the south will be very minimal. Nana Akufo-Addo assured the electorate that he was not making empty promises emphasizing I will not make promises that I cannot keep. Those who say I am making promises that I cannot keep are deceiving you. If you cannot do something it does not mean that your brother cannot do it, he told the cheering crowd of supporters at the well attended rally. He said Ghanaians had only one week left to remove the NDC from power and they should therefore come out in their numbers on Friday and vote for him to make that change happen.
