Martha Ankomah is the latest Ghanaian actress to have her name used illegally by some persons to defraud unsuspecting preys. The actress has issued a statement, distancing herself from a Twitter account bearing her name. �It has come to our attention that an imposter is claiming to be Actress Martha Ankomah on twitter and negotiating deals with her fans and potential business partners. We consider this act as unfortunate,� a release from the her management team says. �For the record, Martha Ankomah is not on twitter and will want to appeal to her fans to disregard any person on twitter posing as Actress Martha Ankomah. Martha will make public her tweeter account once she signs on. We will want to however apologize to her fans or anyone who has been affected in one way or the other.� Her reaction comes days after we reported of serial social media impersonation of actresses Yvonne Nelson and Nikki Samonas.
