The 14th edition of Ghana Music Awards was officially launched on Saturday February 23, at the La Palm Hotel. The event saw most industry players including musicians, music lovers, movies stars, critics, and the media was there as well. Notable faces present included: Sarkodie, R2bees, E.L, M.anifest, Eazzy, Raquel, and Cwesi Oteng, Gifty Osei, Mrs. Diana Hopeson, Raquel, Amandziba, Dr. Henry Lartey, Obour, DJ Andy Dosty, Sup. Kofi Sarpong, Iwan, Ben Brako, Kwame Fakye, Khareema Aguier, Amanda Jissih, Pascaline Edwards, Vicky Zugah, Yaa Pono among others. The nominations have been released officially and nominees now know what they are gunning for; tongues are beginning to wag over �who will take home what. Competing for the biggest award � Artist of the Year are R2bees, D-Black, VIP, Kwaw Kese, Cwesi Oteng and 4�4. R2Bees had the highest nominations with eight (8) nominations overall.
