Presidential candidate of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP) has been caught on camera sleeping when the Minister of Finance, Seth Terkper was busily presenting the 2013 Budget and Economic Policy in Parliament on Tuesday.
The camera lense captured Madam Akua Donkor in a dreamland while parliamentarians were busily noting down facts and figures.
Was she bored or because she was being bombarded with figures she didn�t understand? Hmmmmm!!!
