Last weekend all media and national attention was shifted to getting a befitting burial for the late mother of Ghanaian Soccer super star Baby Jet Asamoah Gyan who passed away in November 2012. On the funeral grounds at Gbawe in Accra, several things seem to be happening at the same time. Just as most of the people present were mourning, a few talented people also came there to entertain and put some smiles on the sad faces. Acrobatic display, artistes, dancers, comedians and local entertainers also took advantage of the crowd to make some money and get their fair share of the attention. They were seen exhibiting their skills and a colorful display of our unique culture and tradition to the admiration of the sympathizers present.
