Justice Kpegah Should Produce WAD Akufo-Addo 'Dead Or Alive' - Kweku Baako

Justice Francis Kpegah, Former Supreme Court Judge has been asked to produce W.A.D Akufo Addo if he believes Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo, 2012 flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) is impersonating that particular individual. The former Supreme Court Judge claims the NPP 2012 Flagbearer is holding himself out as a lawyer, when evidence available to him proves otherwise. He has therefore sued him at the Fast Track High Court accusing Nana Akufo-Addo of impersonating one W.A.D Akufo-Addo who is number 1190 on the list of lawyers in Ghana. However, on the day of reckoning, Justice Kpegah failed to turn up in court for the hearing of the writ he filed. When interviewed, he complained of ill-health and still promised to pursue the case challenging Nana Addo's legal credentials. Speaking to Kwami Sefa-Kayi on "Kokrokoo", Editor-In-Chief of the New Crusading Guide newspaper, Abdul Malik Kweku Baako pointed out that if the former Supreme Court Judge still insists, then he should produce W.A.D Akufo-Addo dead or alive. Kweku Baako who seemed to be fed-up with the actions of Justice Kpegah demanded: he should produce WAD Akufo-Addo dead or alive...everybody knows that WAD refers to Akufo Addo. This is not a reflection of a training that you expect a former Supreme Court Justice to have had; but here we are dealing with such a tragic comedy. According to him Justice Kpegah was driven by "malice and mischief" because he didnt do any cross-checking from institutions like the legal council. The truth of the matter is that he is of nuisance value because of the things he is doing but because he has been a former Justice of the Supreme Court, I have been a bit charitable. I dont see why he is creating the impression that someone is afraid: he is the one. As a former Supreme Court Judge he should know better. In any case whatever he says he has, he should bring it on board to challenge whatever application. It is within his right to challenge whatever application has been put forward he added.
