If members of the New Patriotic Party were looking forward to hear Dr. Sekou Nkrumah reiterate on the airwaves excessive irregularities recorded at polling stations caused them defeat, then they should rather brace themselves and prepare to swallow the bitter pill, their former right man has curved in to them. According to him, although �nobody is taking the right to go to court� from them, it would have been prudent for the party to admit they lost the elections and focus of strengthening their weakness. Known to have openly declared his support for the New Patriotic Party before the 2012 general elections, one would have assumed he would have stood behind the party prior and after the elections. Before he made an appearance on the political scene, the son of Ghana�s first president, Dr. Sekou Nkrumah, was known to be a staunch member of the National Democratic Congress and as time went on; he fell out with members of his own party and joined the main opposition party to unseat the government.
