If Boxes of Pink Sheets Were Added Then National Security Is An Incompetent Organisation

Editor of the Gye Nyame Concord newspaper, Alfred Ogbamey, has questioned the efficacy of the National Security operative if truly some of the boxes containing the pink sheets were added as claimed by the third respondent in the ongoing election petition at the Supreme Court. The respondents indicated Tuesday that after a head count of the number of boxes of pink sheets at the registry, it increased in number. Tsatsu Tsikata, lead counsel for the third respondent alleged that there had been an additional seven boxes of pink sheet exhibits added to the number to be audited. Speaking on Thursday to Kwami Sefa-Kayi on Peace FM morning show kokrokoo, Ogbamey indicated that If truly some of the boxes were added secretly then it is an indictment on government as well as the National Security Operative in the country. There is the national security who claim they are giving protection to the pink sheets and if after all the protection some of the boxes have been added then there is a problem; then it also means it is an incompetent organization. If this truly happened then I have questions to ask our National Security set up and whether they are efficient... he mentioned. Speaking on the conduct of Mr. Tsikata throughout his cross-examination of Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, star witness of the petitioners, Ogbamey hinted that even though there were few shortfalls, he has done well. He has therefore advised his (Tsatsus) critics to stop condemning him. According to him, there is no way the petitioners will congratulate Mr. Tsikata for a good work done. Even if he has done well, there is no way they will say it. In my opinion, Tsatsu has done quite well but that doesnt mean there were no downfalls. However, in the end it is the Judges decision to tell us whether Tsatsu did well or not... So far so good
